WHEN DO BOOKINGS OPEN?

Priority bookings open weekly on Fridays at 8AM ET for the upcoming week.

Studio availability is intentionally limited in order to maintain a refined and highly curated creative experience.

WHAT ARE STUDIO HOURS?

Studio M operates Monday–Thursday from 8AM–5PM ET.

The studio is closed Friday through Sunday. All communication, revisions, timelines, and final file deliveries take place during business hours only.

WHEN DOES TURNAROUND BEGIN?

Turnaround begins once:

  • payment has been submitted,
  • the completed booking form has been received,
  • and all required assets/files have been successfully uploaded.

Incomplete submissions may delay turnaround timelines.

WHAT TYPES OF BRANDS DOES STUDIO M WORK WITH?

Studio M specializes in elevated visual design for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN PRIORITY SERVICES?

Priority services are expedited bookings created for brands requiring elevated visuals, branding, or Shopify design on accelerated timelines.

Priority timelines vary by service selection and scope.

DO PRIORITY SERVICES INCLUDE MOTION DESIGN?

Current priority timelines apply to static design services only.

Motion design services are not currently included within priority booking timelines.

WHAT COUNTS AS ONE DESIGN?

One design refers to one finalized visual output.

Examples may include:

  • one social media graphic
  • one promotional visual
  • one website banner
  • one 2D clothing mockup (front view only + transparent background)
  • one email graphic

Multiple unrelated graphics, campaigns, or additional concepts may require a larger service selection.

ARE BOOKINGS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED?

Yes. Weekly booking availability is limited and secured on a first come, first served basis once checkout has been completed.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Due to the custom and digital nature of Studio M services, all sales are final.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU DESIGN WEBSITES FOR?

Studio M currently specializes in Shopify storefront design.

WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE SHOPIFY ACCESS?

Yes. Shopify collaborator access must be approved prior to the beginning of any storefront-related service.

Turnaround cannot begin until storefront access has been successfully granted.

CAN I REQUEST REVISIONS?

Yes — minor revisions are included within Studio M services.

Excessive revisions or changes outside of the original project scope may require additional fees.

HOW WILL FINAL FILES BE DELIVERED?

Final files are delivered digitally through organized Google Drive folders unless otherwise discussed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE?
